*trying new meal planning for Diabetes. So expect to see lots of the words portion size. I feel if I have to write it here for the public, I will make an effort to not eat bad stuff!
I splurged and took myself to Sizzler's (yes the place the old people go to eat!) before grocery shopping. I had steak with half a baked potato and their awesome cheese bread. Now I am going to go kill some calories at the gym.
