I made some slow cooked boneless pork ribs for dinner this evening. Had them in the oven for seven hours in maple syrup, brown mustard, Worcestershire sauce, a little hot sauce, garlic salt, and ginger. Settling down now to eat until I'm ready to burst, and topping it all off with a bottle of elderflower hard cider.
