Back to donatin plasma again so I can't run on those days. I tried Tuesday, it hurt. I'm down to runnin three days a week now. Got everything sorted out now so I don't have a reason to skip my runnin.
I walked over 5,000 steps yesterday, which is great for me. Most days my step count doesn't get past 1,000 due to my disabilities. So I'm very proud of myself. Yay me! Today I got no exercise planned unless you can count baking a cake and decorating it exercise. lol
I did an hour of swimming today. And then after I was home...30 minutes of beginner's pilates via Netflix instant videos. I am planning to incorporate more activities like this and walking up and down my stairs to add to my activity bank!
Been biking for a half hour every day for the past few days. I've decided my knee isn't injured anymore. That might not actually be true, but I'm tired of being injured, so BAM, I'm not. End of story.
Had physical therapy today in the pool. Was some good exercise for me. Got some extra walking in today going around to different stores looking for camera gear.
