What do you do when you are on to someone as a troll?

I turn into a cat with a mousie. If they're entertaining, I'll play with them just to listen to them squeak, maybe chew on their head a bit. But they quickly lose flavor, and then I ignore them.

Depends on my mood... ignore them, or just poke them a bit. I get annoyed easily. Mostly just marvel at the level of idiocy some people are capable of.

I quickly move into ignore mode. I often don't have time to read what the interesting folks have to say, so no time for foolishness. Speaking of which, you guys have got to stop being interesting because I gots other things to do.

Edit: my problem is that I am often a bit slow to recognize troll-hood. Wasted time, wasted time.

I try to ignore them and not engage.

They get off on causing negative emotions, so I'd rather not give them the satisfaction of getting what they want. Plus, denying them the chaos and drama they crave bores them and they usually go away within a relatively short period of time.

What was a moment you decided you needed to change something in your life?

I was sitting in the backseat of my friend's car, sandwiched between two other people while we waited for the driver to return. We were parked in front of a gas station in the dim light of breaking morning and we were waiting on cigarettes and juice. Everyone in the car was coming down from ecstasy, which kept us up the whole night before. We danced, sweat, giggled, and forged lifelong bonds of friendship but the light of day exposed our foolishness. We weren't closer than ever, we were rolling.

I sat there in that backseat and tried to think of something to say but I couldn't find the words. They wouldn't come to me because everything sounded stupid in my head. My eyes were aching from so many lights and my skull felt like it was swollen and stuffed with straw.

That's the exact moment I decided to stop doing hard drugs forever.
