It's possible. I use small hand weights these days because I heard it helps with bone strength and I do worry about developing brittle bones as I get older. In the past I never did any kind of resistance training because I feared muscles would bulk me up. It looks like I have a bit of a tummy now, but otherwise I can't see where this weight has gone to. Maybe my thighs.. they're always bulky so I might not notice it there.
