I know, It sucks. But it's a thing I learned, so I'll just have to unlearn it. I get attacks when I'm stressed. But my shrink helped me realize that the stress almost always comes when there's something I look forward to, or I'm 'too' happy about. But actually seeing that connection is a step towards mending it, I hope.
