I'm waiting on answer to that. I expect that it was locked accidentally (it's really, really easy to hit lock thread on a phone) but I'm not gonna overturn the lock till I have confirmation.
Everybody knows the song, "Chain Fucked Up".
I sang a few bars, earlier.

"The very ink with which history is written is merely fluid prejudice." - Mark Twain

Tentions at a peak in Canada as we all remember the armed conflict in Saskatchewan earlier this year.
Kidding obviously, but damn thats hilarious.

In Days of yore,
From Britain's shore
Wolfe the dauntless hero came
And planted firm Britannia's flag
On Canada's fair domain.
Here may it wave,
Our boast, our pride
And joined in love together,
The thistle, shamrock, rose entwined,
The Maple Leaf Forever.
Life itself was a lightsaber in his hands; even in the face of treachery and death and hopes gone cold, he burned like a candle in the darkness. Like a star shining in the black eternity of space.
Yoda: Dark Rendezvous
"But those men who know anything at all about the Light also know that there is a fierceness to its power, like the bare sword of the law, or the white burning of the sun." Suddenly his voice sounded to Will very strong, and very Welsh. "At the very heart, that is. Other things, like humanity, and mercy, and charity, that most good men hold more precious than all else, they do not come first for the Light. Oh, sometimes they are there; often, indeed. But in the very long run the concern of you people is with the absolute good, ahead of all else..."
John Rowlands, The Grey King by Susan Cooper
"You come from the Lord Adam and the Lady Eve", said Aslan. "And that is both honour enough to erect the head of the poorest beggar, and shame enough to bow the shoulders of the greatest emperor on earth; be content."
It's hot where I am at. A heaviness in the air that blankets over everything and in which the breeze is a blessing. Within minutes of being outside you can feel your body starting to sweat, and roll down your form. But this breeze.. It's wonderful and wraps around your limbs in a comforting hug. What am I thinking about? Taking an ice cold bath and staying indoors. Work, though, is always calling. *trudges off into the blistering heat*
Ugh... Stupid. Stupid. Stupid. I haven't really come out to my family about being pagan and all... My husband's family is steadfastly Catholic. They don't go to mass, but they identify as Catholic and are still quite strong believers..
Had a Bible thumper stop at my door. I interrupted "the lecture" to say, "Thank you, but I'm Pagan."
I was so proud of myself I decided to text my husband (who knows my beliefs) with, "Oh gods, bible thumpers were here. I took joy in saying, 'I'm Pagan.'"
I sent the message to his aunt instead. So frigging stupid. Now I'm worried about how this will go down. Ugh. Ugh. Ugh.
We are what we are. Nothing more, nothing less. There is good and evil among every kind of people. It's the evil among us who rule now. -Anne Bishop, Daughter of the Blood
I wondered if he could ever understand that it was a blessing, not a sin, to be graced with more than one love.
It could be complicated; of course it could be complicated. And it opened one up to the possibility of more pain and loss.
Still, it was a blessing I would never relinquish. Love, genuine love, was always a cause for joy.

I'm not sure if there are any Nunavummiut (yes thats the adjective) here on the forums. But I'm sure quite a few people have family in Nunavut. So happy Nunavut day to all the people up north who are unfortunate enough to have to deal with a month long night.

That's terrible. I have no doubt stuff like this happens up here too, we just haven't found out yet.

Maybe you could always just say you "said" that to get rid of "the pesky crazy Protestants". Not that I am advocating lying. Hope it goes well!
