    Yoga Meditation and Swami J.

    I have been listening to a podcast by Swami Jnanenshvara. https://itunes.apple.com/us/podcast/...160782983?mt=2

    Some of his teachings helped me to make some helpful changes in my attitude towards spirituality and self-reliance.

    There are a couple new aged revival styled Runic Yogas that I've look into and enjoyed. They are quite relaxing and enjoyable.
    "In the shade now tall forms are advancing,
    And their wan hands like snowflakes in the moonlight are gleaming;
    They beckon, they whisper, 'Oh! strong armed in valor,
    The pale guests await thee - mead foams in Valhalla.'"

      Totally new concept to me. What is new aged revival style and what are Runic Yogas?

        New age revival, for Heathens at least, started somewhere in the second renaissance, then again in the 1800s, but most importantly, in Germany right before WWII. It is a revival of old traditions, with new techniques added. For example, Runic Yoga, or otherwise, Stadhagaldr, was founded by a German Philospher right before the impending Second World War. One will open up the streams of their body by posing in Runic Shapes for magickal purposes.

        This link will explain everything you need to know about. There is also a book my Edred Thorrson called "Rune Might." It's quite hard to find in good condition, and it can run quite expensively, but if you're really interested in learning more, those two sources are a must have.
