    Lol, hubby and I shared 2 small ones with the kids. It's the only red meat we've had in about 6 weeks or so.

    Grilled it one charcoal grill with some corn on the cob and zucchini. Got leftovers for lunch tomorrow too.

    And, for anyone that y steak might offend:
    it was medium rare. ...I just like to rub in my filthy meat-eating habits. I can't help it, I'm not elevated of taste or mind or ethics enough to eschew cow. And I force my children into my lifestyle as well...agreeable, if it wasn't for steak and meatball subs, my oldest would be a vegetarian
    (ETA-This rant wasn't directed @ you Briton).

      Not really a Steak person,BUT My dad(was areal life cook at a steak house) did the only steak I liked.

                      What exactly is vegi Mac and cheese?..I never had Mac and cheese with meat as I recall.

                            I do Velveeta mac and cheese and add Hormel chili with no beans. Yum,YUM(actually shells and cheese,but you get the picture)

                                Vegetable lasagna - not vegetarian, but vegetable.

                                Unfortunately, I set it on fire by mistake. The top layer was a bit black, but it was still good. No leftovers!
