    Question About Lammas Celebration

In a nutshell, does anyone have any ideas that are unique to celebrate Lammas? I'm intending on a bonfire, celebratory grilling with my partner and daughter. My daughter, has made the choice right now not to be included in rituals however, so I have to plan accordingly. I'm sort of at a mental hault because of this, so any unique ideas that would include her in everything but ritual, and any unique ideas for Lammas ritual for my partner and I would be appreciated. I have done many but I;m open to opinions, and would love to hear some of yours.
    Thanks!!:shy:

    Re: Question About Lammas Celebration

Since Lammas' origin is hlafmas, meaning 'loaf mass' and it's a harvest festival, how about making some bread?

      Re: Question About Lammas Celebration

I second Maythe. Lammas (or Lughnasadh) is about the first harvest - celebrate with grains (bread), fresh fruit, cheeses, etc.

      Mostly art.
