I would have tasted the mold. Except it was hidden under all the Tapatio and Vlassic salsa pickle slices.

Yes but it wouldn't have been tasty. Though I'm sure the tapatio and vlassic pickle slices did a great job of hiding it.

Having one of those days where I just woke up depressed. They are few and far between and to be honest I'm surprised its the first one I have had since I got pregnant. Nonetheless here I am blue and miserable and feeling like a complete failure for no apparent reason, and I just want to crawl back into bed and cry and cry and do nothing at all. Maybe that's exactly what I will do.

We've had some form of recording device for tv since the 80's. Why do people laugh at me when I say I have 2 shows I like that are on at the same time so I watch one and record the other? Or that I prefer deferred viewing so I can FF through the commercials? What's remotely amusing about this? NOTHING.

I have to get up at 5am tomorrow for work at 6am! Uggies. Me no likee. I mean yeah, my boss gave me all closing shifts next week. But I open all this week except my last two days. Throws my sleep patterns (which are already manic) into a tizzy of confusion.

And I feel like I'm packing for a camping trip with my new meal plan work food bag. I got a bean and cheese burrito, spanish rice, cucumbers with lemon, low sugar apple sauce, low sugar oatmeal and strawberries AND an ounce of almonds. I get a lunch and 2 tens. And when I get home and have my dinner? I'll still only be at 1300 calories. Oi. I feel like that's a lot of food but so little calories. And I have an increase in medication. I really hope I can figure this balancing act out.

I'm going to buy a can of coke and carry it with me from now on. Just...in...case...


but myfitnesspal says I'll lose 7 pounds in 5 weeks if I keep eating this way. So there's that!

^ I'm with you on that. I love the Fall, but in recent years I've embraced summer. There's so etching about embracing everything a particular season has to offer that really heightens the season that follows.

I am going to be so glad when summer is over..(I love fall)..funny when younger I LOVED summer..

My favorite seasons where probably fall and spring. Summer usually to hot and sticky to breath and winter to cold for the same reason to be outside for to long though I sure tried during each extreme. Yet fall and spring not to hot and not to cold and I could spend hours on end. Yet the world also seemed alive and colorful to me. Fall foliage and the various shades of grey as winter approached and spring as the greens returned and the buds started to blossom and new life opened in a color blast. But more importantly no insects buzzing about your head as the gnats got in your face or worse mouth and nose simply by breathing or biting critters.

My favorite season is not-summer. I'm aware most people stick 3 seasons in that time period but the actual weather means less to me than the idiot population and that multiplies 10 or 20 times in summer so I'm content to divide the year into summer and not-summer.

Not really a rant more of a whine... KP's birthday is today. And I managed to have money so I could buy him a birthday present(I go back to full time hours next week!!!! Wahoo) well I ordered it on the 5th and chose the seller I did because it would be shipped no later than Monday and coming from 1 state over would arrive today. I have been checking and according to the tracking it hasn't even shipped yet. I thought they had possibly just not updated the tracking and emailed the seller, telling him I chose him because 1. I liked the look of product and thought KP would like it and 2. because of its shipping time. Well he got back and said no it hadn't shipped yet and he could cancel my order and return my money if I wanted it. NO I do not want my money back I want you to ship your product when you say you will. I worked really hard to make sure I had money to get him a present for his birthday and now the damn thing wont be here on his birthday. Which makes me feel terrible.
