Here I should add that some Valleys men of a certain age are obsessed (there is no other word for it) with Elvis. People have a stained glass Elvis panel on their front doors (not far from the house with a Mickey Mouse one), or wander round with jackets with his face on them... once I even saw Elvis (I swear) walking through Tonypandy in full white Rhinestone costume...
