Fish oil. Melatonin a few times a month when I have trouble sleeping. Echinacea when I remember to take it. I'd like to start on B12 and Vitamin D, but I'm horribly inconsistent.

My direct neighbor next door is Schizophrenic and plays football by himself. The couple across are always fighting and there's a lot of domestic abuse calls. I live in the Hood. Everyone is always fighting, guns going off. Fun times happen at night. I'm getting off track, anyway, this woman's son hit my neighbor(different one) house form across the street and then got out and left. My other neighbor(19 now) stole his moms car and tried to go visit his friend but crashed it right outside my house. The woman down the street(I used to visit) she's like 83 and her husband was fifteen years older than her and he died recently. Her granddaughter she has to raise is treated like her daughter because her actual daughter is a drug addict or something. Neighbors on the other side of me, they sell drugs. The female Next to them? She steals. Walk further down the street there's a guy we'll cause S. S steals phones and sells them.
"Turn, and look in the mirror. What do you see?" Her own brown eyes stared back at her until she was nothing but a blur.

"I see you. Red lipstick spread perfectly over your lush mouth, brown eyes that hold centuries upon centuries of secrets. A face made to entice even the most celibate of men and women alike. A red dress that sways and moves with your body, making you a temptation like no other."

Melatonin when I need to regulate sleep, iron and vitamin C for the absorption because I'm anemic, and calcium and vitamin D because familial osteoporosis (D helps calcium bsorption, and I have vitiligo so sun time required s lost of sunscreen). Also B6 and B12 for the brain and the anemia.

Short stack takes a few the have done fairly well in ADHD studies--a very specific lipid mix and zinc. And melatonin of course.

I was taking a multivitamin and vitamin d, because the latter was low. I should start taking the former again. And probably something for joints.

I've never really done any April Fool's Day pranks. My Dad's b-day is on April Fool's Day so I am always concentrating on him instead of April Fool's pranks.

Fetal position, with the duvet pulled over my head so there's just a small hole for breathing.

On my stomach with one knee hiked waaaay up as high as it'll go.

Either that, or on my back, like a corpse. Or on my back with limbs splayed from one edge to the other, if my husband doesn't happen to be next to me.

                            I'm a weird sleeper.

Not sure I have one. Generally I try for my side because it's the easiest one for me to make comfortable but whether I actually fall asleep that way is variable dependent on the evening.
life itself was a lightsaber in his hands; even in the face of treachery and death and hopes gone cold, he burned like a candle in the darkness. Like a star shining in the black eternity of space.

"But those men who know anything at all about the Light also know that there is a fierceness to its power, like the bare sword of the law, or the white burning of the sun." Suddenly his voice sounded to Will very strong, and very Welsh. "At the very heart, that is. Other things, like humanity, and mercy, and charity, that most good men hold more precious than all else, they do not come first for the Light. Oh, sometimes they are there; often, indeed. But in the very long run the concern of you people is with the absolute good, ahead of all else..."

Bless my madre. She wanted to make sure my head was round and didn't get flat on one side etc. So she rotated me very evenly. Not side to side. But more like clockwise or anti clockwise. I know this because every 20 minutes I find myself turning around like a rotisserie cheeken!

                                thanks mom.
