    Probably Hitler. I just find him interesting because of his whole hatred for the Jews. I don't know why, I just can't stop reading about him. He's definitely not someone I would look up to though.

      Hitler wasn't as interesting as his henchmen. I'm pretty sure he just clicked the 'evil bastards' button on them and let them go to town.

          One of the creepiest of Hitlers guys was Heinrich Himmler.

                Totally agree. I think Mengele was one of the most interesting of his henchmen.

                  Hum. History is not my forte, so I don't have much informed opinion to choose from. I'll go with Siddhartha Gautama. He went from being a spoiled, cloistered brat to choosing to live among those who suffered.

                        I'd actually have to go with Martin Luther (the catalyst for the Protestant reformation) because he's a very interesting figure and his ideas were groundbreaking (incredible for the time).

                        IMO the the Protestant Ref and Catholic counter-reformation was the start of a very long period of empowerment to lay-people and secularisation. It was the icebreaker that got people thinking and considering everything.
                        (when they weren't killing each other over it all).

                          Yeh,he did an occult SS thing,with rituals and all. Also he was kind of a creepy looking guy too(Reminds me of the Guy in Indiana Jones.Raiders of the lost ark) The really creepy interrogator
