                I recall being a very big fan of the Chronicles of Narnia, specifically the Lion, the Witch, and the Wardrobe and The Voyage of the Dawn Treader. Why? Because it was my first introduction to fantasy, mythology, and ethics (despite the obvious Christian themes, I still love them to this day). My mom used to read them aloud to me at least once a year. I would snuggle up in bed with her and be taken on the most incredible places.

                It was magic.
