  • Magic in the Middle Ages on Coursera

Hey guys, just wanted to let you know about a free online class I found about medieval magic in Spain. It's available on Coursera FOR FREE (you can pay $49 if you want the certificate, but taking the class is free). It's run by the University of Barcelona. Now, it did start a couple of days ago and the first unit is due on Sunday, but I wanted to check it out before recommending it to see if it was good info presented well, and I'm pleased to say that it is indeed aggressively non-judgemental and deliciously academic. The videos all have bibliographies at the end.

(Also, if you like Spanish accents, you won't be bored.)
She is like a cat in the dark and then she is the darkness. ~~(=^._.^)

I got my war paint on and I'm off to go passive-aggressive all over these socially awkward man-witches.

    Ooh, thank you for sharing!
“You must be shapeless, formless, like water. When you pour water in a cup, it becomes the cup. When you pour water in a bottle, it becomes the bottle. When you pour water in a teapot, it becomes the teapot. Water can drip and it can crash. Become like water my friend.” -- Bruce Lee
