those look good torey, i do egg beaters in an omelet thing in microwave,and they come out very good i add cheeses and black pepper and saracha to them and at times honey mustard

Using correct technique, you can cook pretty much anything in a microwave oven. I especially like it for steaming vegetables, melting cheese or preheating butter or other ingredients
