Monk dropping in to say hello again!

It's been a long time since I've been on the forum. A few of you might remember me but I'm sure most will not. I would like to say "Hi" to B.de Corbin, Tylluan (Sorry your messages keep going to SPAM), and many others! I'm not sure if it's a short visit or if I can be a active member once again? Finding the time to do much of anything these days is difficult.

Hey you Cheetos eatin' hunka-hunka burnin' love, how's the wife? And dog-o's?
Every moment of a life is a horrible tragedy, a slapstick comedy, dark nihilism, golden illumination, or nothing at all; depending on how we write the story we tell ourselves.

Isn't it way past your bedtime my old friend? We are doing well and so are the dog-ins. We are going down to A2 for the granddaughter's 2nd birthday party this Saturday. How are you and the Misses doing? It has been too long since we have been together.

I remember you! We haven't seen Mrs Penry around in an age.

Hope you stay a while, quiet though we are these days. Welcome back!

Thank you Volcaniclastic for remembering me and your warm welcome! It's kind of interesting that you should see my introduction or should I say reintroduction. Because a few days ago I was out and about an for some reason you popped into my head. I hope to spend a little time catching up on things here and get reacquainted with the forum.

The ability to destroy a planet is insignificant compared to the power of the Force.

Re: Monk dropping in to say hello again!

    Welcome back!
"It is not simply enough to know the light…a Jedi must feel the tension between the two sides of the Force…in himself and in the universe."
    ―Thon

"When to the Force you truly give yourself, all you do expresses the truth of who you are,"

    Yoda

Yoda told stories, and ate, and cried, and laughed: and the Padawans saw that life itself was a lightsaber in his hands; even in the face of treachery and death and hopes gone cold, he burned like a candle in the darkness. Like a star shining in the black eternity of space.

    Yoda: Dark Rendezvous

"But those men who know anything at all about the Light also know that there is a fierceness to its power, like the bare sword of the law, or the white burning of the sun." Suddenly his voice sounded to Will very strong, and very Welsh. "At the very heart, that is. Other things, like humanity, and mercy, and charity, that most good men hold more precious than all else, they do not come first for the Light. Oh, sometimes they are there; often, indeed. But in the very long run the concern of you people is with the absolute good, ahead of all else..."

John Rowlands, The Grey King by Susan Cooper

"You come from the Lord Adam and the Lady Eve", said Aslan. "And that is both honour enough to erect the head of the poorest beggar, and shame enough to bow the shoulders of the greatest emperor on earth; be content."

Aslan, Prince Caspian by CS Lewis

That is what I was referring to in my introduction when I mentioned her emails to me getting sent to SPAM on my cell phone. For some reason no matter what I do she ends up there. I do manage to get to see her youtube videos sometimes. Thank you Anunitu.
