Ukraine has been doing surprisingly well throughout this conflict. Part of that is that Russia has been surprisingly inept since the beginning and Western powers are working hard to give Ukraine an effective "infinite ammo" cheat but contributing factors aside, Ukraine has been doing really, really well and far better than I expected back in early March.
