Very unwelcome news to have to hear. I read a piece in The New Scientist some time last year that said in tests, there was a lot of proof that three weeks of an extreme high-fibre, low-fat diet, together with moderate exercise programme reversed the clinical diagnosis of type 2 diabetes. Might have been another one of those baseless statements, but maybe worth at least looking into?Originally Posted by Juniper

That's a worry for me. I have hypoglycemia (low blood sugar) but it's always a worry that it will switch to hyperglycemia. That change occurred in my grandmother and mother.

Well after visiting the doctor's today it seems I am now diabetic as well. Numbers are high but not high enough to need insulin via needles. So guess it's time to see what I can change and what I can't and implement them.

Having a lot of back pain recently. Doing a lot of sitting in a desk chair for training for my new job. I'm going to be CSR Remote agent. So I'm supposed to get a call from the spine institute soon. I'm just having so much pain. I ordered a back support pillow from amazon and am using one from officedepot. It just sucks having so much pain. Hopefully, I hear from the spine center soon.

Well I see my doctor today and I am going to ask her if she will order me a CT Myelogram for my back and also a sleep study. I'm just concerned about my back. I know when I got a call back from the spine center they said that I had some spine stenosis and all I could do was lose weight (which I am working hard on) and go to rehab (which I have done). I want to check if it has got worse. So I'm hoping she will get it ordered for me. I just want to get this resolved. Ugh!
