Indeed, but I wouldn't hold your breath just yet. He's old and I'm pretty sure that everyone involved would much rather he die instead of be held to account so they are going to slow-walk everything possible.
I was just reading today that his lawyer in regards to the r*** charges is requesting "a month delay due to the hardship of being held accountable in New York." They're going to keep trying that over and over and over again and sometimes they're going to find a sympathetic judge that grants the request.
We can hope, of course, but I will remain cynical until he's no longer allowed to shit in a gold toilet.
