Re: Prayers for my Grandfather and Family
Hey guys, I just wanted to thank everyone.
My grandfather passed away late Monday night, he made it to his birthday (and I was mistaken, it was his 87th birthday...but either way, that's not too shabby for a baby born two months early in the 1920's who was not expected to live). His funeral was yesterday evening, but I will probably be here in IL for another week or so before heading back to Norfolk. While I'm here, I only have internet if I go to a public wifi spot, so I won't really be back until then.
...and just because it gives me a warm fuzzy I thought I'd share photo evidence of one of the things we had in common:
