It was suggested to me today that I look into flower essence therapy. I've poked at it a bit online and have mixed opinions. Has anyone ever tried this? Any thoughts?

Re: Flower Essence Therapy
I read up on it in the past because I too had it recommended for study. Turns out it's too diluted to be of any real use.my etsy store

Re: Flower Essence Therapy
Dr Bach's rescue remedy is good at relieving stress. It's good for things like stage fright too - a lot of actors and singers apparently use it. Or so I am told. I've used it though, and found it good. I've also known people who say the same.
