Re: anyone do qi gong?
Really? I did Qi Gong in Thailand when I was staying at an all-female monastery. It just really didn't do it for me - I felt really silly 'harnessing my chi' ...but I need more strenuous activities than that. It's not for everyone!
How is your class? Do they walk you through the gentle motions of harnessing your chi?

Re: anyone do qi gong?
well, we did loads of breathing exersizes, and 2 complete 50 minute forms. then after four 8 hour days of this, we did Wu ji form- which was fun for me, moving around formlessly while holding chi with 400 people was really interesting. it really inspired me. I plan on doing qi gong daily, and maybe becoming an instructor in a year if i still feel this way. I have been doing energetc healing and kundalini yoga since i was 15- this seems to be an extension of that.
