Don't have specific patrons. I support a concept and am polite to a host of Powers as it suits me. I will credit the Lord of Hosts with a twisted sense of humor sometimes and I work with him slightly more than others but generally, I'll go to whoever I think is relevant to a concern or I'll handle it without calling divinities.

I used to be very structured in my beliefs of the Germanic pantheon--Thor, Odin, all that. What drew me to them initially was my ancestral background, and it took me awhile to realize that my heathen path was a form of ancestor worship and not my own personal spirituality. Since them I've become very folk-based. I believe in spiritual things that are entirely personal and unique to the experiences of myself and home, while also appreciating the gift of the past gods and their ideals. Analyzing these spiritual beings isn't of the utmost importance, what matters are the interactions that happen in my yard and not what they do or who they are elsewhere.Originally Posted by DeadJellyfish

I worship both Cernunnos and Pan, depending on the time and circumstances, and I worship Hekate as my patron goddess. I struggled for a while to reconcile the two male ones I mentioned, both with very different personalities despite them being Horned Gods. I have come to the conclusion that they are part of a similar force, an archetypal power, very primal and ancient. I worship Pan due to his connections to agriculture and sexuality, which is what my religion largely centres itself on, and due to his connection to lunar goddesses. In conjunction with him, I worship Hekate though I do not view them as consorts, at least not bound so; they have an energy that, at least in rituals I've done, work together. I can't quite explain it. It's like they're two sides of a natural flow with the moon and sun, the fields and waters, magic and wisdom, straddling the border between civilisation and raw nature. Hekate and Pan I both were drawn to through meditation and with some guidance from my practising partner and fiancée.
I worship Cernunnos because I almost always have, ever since I began my trek into polytheism. I've been drawn to him in his aspect of the Green Man of the forests, god of the woods and wilderness. He feels like a wild, untamed god, but calm through his own wisdom; not unlike the deer from which he has gained his popular apperance. There's an element of safety with him, but a simultaneous element of fear. It's strange, but I have always felt drawn to it.
Sarkana: Very interesting. I've always been drawn to gods and godesses that have ties to nature. I think I'll look into Tonatiuh and Tlaloc, or at least similar gods. : )
It is rarely to find an aztec god or goddess who haven't anything to do with nature.
I think almost every culture with a polytheistic pantheon has something similar to a sun deity and a rain deity.

Well there's four possibilities. Option 1 - the vision was all in my head and I just imagined my ideal woman (I like girls), who happens to look a lot like Oriana from 'metart' (google with the safety off) and also a lot like j. scott campbell's Alice in wonderland. I should point out, that I found both of those some time after meeting the Goddess. Which brings us to Option 2 - I like that picture of Alice because it reminds me of the Goddess. Option 3 - the Goddess apeared to me in a way she knew I would find pleasing. Option 4 - the Goddess is just really hot (imo).

Well obviously she didn't look exactly like Oriana but yes she was pretty human looking, two arms, two legs that kind of thing. Her robes were a little more see through than my bad bit of 'paint' editing, so I could see that she had two legs. Why are your gods less human? Is it because they are based on pictures/statues of "old world" gods (who have extra arms or animal heads or whatever) or is it because you think less human means more real or more god-like?
