          I'm back down to 150 pounds and a 28-inch waist, which means I lost 45 pounds and 4 inches this year. Since those were my weight loss goals I'm excited and calling it good, which in and of itself is a victory for me.

                Upon further looking in my mouth..they did indeed pull the wisdom tooth I guess. I didn't even feel that happening. But when I look in my mouth I see a sunken gum line there. Woah. That doctor was amazing.

                  Thank you. I have been bulimic-free for a few years now, so the fact I can be comfortable with my body and lose weight without resorting to sick behavior is a big one for me.

                              today, it was sunny and warm and it was SUNDAY so I didn't have to work. I cycled to the big lake (which took 2 hours) and read for an hour and a half. It was a great day and all the sunshine, vitamin D and exercise has left me feeling very content!
