Private message problem

    Private message problem

    Hi,

    In some reason I cant send pm's anymore, when I say "submit message" it says it sends it but when I look at my sent folder nothing shows up :/.
    Pplease help me with this im not sure if that is website problem or its because of me.

    Have you checked the box

      Alright, got a chance to look at your profile once I got onto my laptop instead of my phone.

      1) click settings at the top of the page
      2) on the left hand side of your screen, you'll see a heading marked "My Settings" partway down the page.
      3) Scroll down. You're looking for the "General Settings" link under the "My Settings" heading. Click that link.
      4) You should have a number of general setting options up now. You're looking for

      "Save a copy of sent messages in my Sent Items folder by default"

      click the button next to it once you find it and scroll to the bottom of the page to find the save changes button. Once you've done that, try sending a message. I believe you're sending PMs but from what I saw in ModCP, you haven't set your account to save copies. You need to activate that option to keep copies of the messages you send.
