What made me laugh out loud the other day was hearing a conversation out in the street. Bear in mind that where I live nobody talks quietly, conversations are held at full throttle even when the people concerned are only a few feet apart. So...one elderly lady tells the other, 'It's a lovely day today, isn't it?'
