I found this really awesome page I had to share with you. The author teaches seven meditation techniques and the principles behind them. There is so much wonderful information in there, I found myself re-reading some paragraphs. The one I'm going to commit myself to for a while is number 4. I'm in the process of letting go of all my preconceptions and I'm ready to simply accept whatever is.
