What was your idea of fun as a child?

I liked a lot of out side stuff. running all over the place. Playing "three flies up" that was a game where one kid hit a baseball and if you caught 3 flies you got to be up. Little thing about that..we did not have bats and balls..we "acquired" a bat and a hard ball. None of us had mits so catching the hard ball was kind of a tricky thing,what you did was as your hands got the ball,you fell and rolled to cut the speed and hurt to your hands. That's how poor kids played,and their were times when we "Acquired" other sports items to keep us busy,and out of real trouble..

What was your idea of fun as a child?

My favorite times were when we went to my grandparent's summer bungalow in the Catskills, where I was allowed to run around alone and out of sight. I'd go into the woods and pretend I was an explorer looking for new species of animals.

Google. I've actually never gone to another person for advice. That's both good AND bad. Oh Leo Laporte about computer stuff. I listen to his podcast weekly. That counts, right?

Because everything is made up of matter~! :3

Ultimately whether a person matters or not is not something which can be personally or internally designated, in the social sense of the word. Instead the perception of 'mattering' lies within the perception of ourselves among others. In a more pragmatic sense, a person matters more depending on how they contribute economically, socially, politically, et cetera. From an internal basis it probably has some basis in self-preservation, and the recognition of the state of our own existences.

To put it bluntly, its a very subjective concept, which can vary considerably depending upon what definition and world-view an individual uses in properly analysing and describing it. ^v^;
