    Prison bad for RICH guys?

Don't you hate it when rich guys are allowed to get away with the most horrible, disgusting crimes - crimes that would lead to tar and feathering for any other person?

A Delaware man convicted of raping his three-year-old daughter only faced probation after a state Superior Court judge ruled he "will not fare well" in prison.

In her decision, Judge Jan Jurden suggested Robert H. Richards IV would benefit more from treatment. Richards, who was charged with fourth-degree rape in 2009, is an unemployed heir living off his trust fund. The light sentence has only became public as the result of a subsequent lawsuit filed by his ex-wife, which charges that he penetrated his daughter with his fingers while masturbating, and subsequently assaulted his son as well.

Well, you know - if you're not stinkin' rich, prison is actually good for you...

But they were doughnuts of darkness. Evil damned doughnuts, tainted by the spawn of darkness.... Which could obviously only be redeemed by passing through the fiery inferno of my digestive tract.

If it makes you feel any better, go to Huffington post crime section, and look at all the poor black guys going to jail.

Wait... I guess that won't make you feel better...

          Never mind...

The same with terrorists. The I feel bad for not being able to do something about it.

The judge probably thought she was wearing inappropriate clothing. Seems like the sort of ruling one of those guys would make.

                  It was a lady judge.

I'm thinking it was more a matter of greased palms.

Having female plumbing does not keep one from being "one of those guys", lol

But yeah, that wouldn't surprise me either. Not sure how one could look at themselves in the mirror, but I'm poor enough to still have morals.

I'm getting sick just thinking about what he did to his daughter. People like this should be shot on sight and spare the rest of us having to look at him or hear about him. A lot of people that are filthy rich make me sick to my stomach.

                        This disgusts me!
Even when the wealthy do get properly convicted they get sentences which are much shorter than the sentences the common man will see applied to them. In my view, this man should have been locked up for at least twenty-five years to life in prison, and that is being very, very generous. If they think he 'won't fare well in prison', then he can serve his term locked in a padded cell in an asylum where he will be nice and safe.
