Tannin. The reason I don't like tea, coffee, or wine. I would drink the hell out of a tea without tannin.

herbal infusions? (though there are some very low tannin tea blends)

Best non-commercial (single ingredient) herbal tea---sassafras (from leaves not roots)....or hibiscus

Ooh. I'll check the low tannin teas out, and try to find some herbal infusions (the one you posted sounds delicious).

Take yourself to a teavana and tell them you want an herbal tea. They have tons and tons of different ones. Though watch out or you will walk out with the whole store. Or if you want you can go in and their opinion and buy just a cup. Like I said be careful its priced per ounce with a min of 2 oz per and that can be super expensive but they do have some cheaper ones. Or Tazo has a passion tea and its strictly herbal.

I do not like tea, husband drinks it by the gallon. He hates coffee and I need an IV of it.

Both. It all depends upon the situation. Wake up? Having a nice dessert? Coffee all the way. Sitting around chatting? Winding down for the evening? Bring in the tea!
