    Hello, Everyone!

    My name is Meadow and I just joined this wonderful site! I am very new here (still looking around and getting acquainted) but so far I am really enjoying myself. I came across this site in the search for a place where I can ask questions, find answers, and generally learn new things. And meet new people, of course!       I've removed the color tags from your post. Use of colored text is not explicitly banned but there are general guidelines

      1) Not all colors are visible to all members. The site has a number of themes with different background colors and while default text alters to always provide contrast, color tags overrule this feature and can render text invisible. If staff can't read your post, we'll remove the tags. My general advise for another color is blue.

      2) We allow color use in moderation to provide for stylistic points but generally frown upon entire posts in alternate color. Results vary in how staff handle this.

      3) Now for the specific reason, I took out your color tags. Green and Red text have specific meanings on PaganForum. Green text is a moderator (Dumuzi, Shahaku, Thalassa, Volcaniclastic or I currently) speaking in our official capacity. It's our take heed and do as you're told or else color. Red serves the same function for administrators (Juniper, Chainlightning and when she's pissed off enough to remind everyone that she's an admin/owner instead of a mere mod Thalassa at this point in time). In the interest of clarity for all, the staff prefer neither red or green be used for other purposes or by non staff.

          Hello LunarHarvest,
          I was raised Catholic, but haven't ever felt truly connected with it. So far I have been enjoying my search into Wicca. I know saying "Wicca" is a bit like saying "Christianity" in the sense that it's a very broad term. That's actually part of the reason why I'm having trouble finding a path. It seems like a long and winding journey, lol. But I keep reading books and trying to learn knew things, hoping that I'll find more clarity. I'll tell you, though, that I've always been quite drawn to the goddess Artemis (or Diana) and even have a little statue of her in my room. Whatever direction I go in, I'm sure she'll be a part of it in some form. (I also have a thing for Bast, but that's a longer story, lol)

                      Hahaha, no I was not. Although I could see one coming in handy.... My cat seems fascinated by his, but then again my dog doesn't seem to know hers exists.
