Aloe year round, and in the summer time: basil, thyme, sage, rosemary, lavender, calendula, sunflowers, nasturium, etc.

I have a pot of rosemary in the kitchen year-round, or as long as they live. (I can only find new ones in spring.)

            Chillllli.

And garlic. In jars if not fresh.

We have sage, lavendar, rosemary, parsley, oregano, thyme and chives permanently, basil whenever we can.

            RIP

I have never been across the way
Seen the desert and the birds
            You cut your hair short
Like a shush to an insult
            The world had been yelling
Since the day you were born
            Revolting with anger
While it smiled like it was cute
            That everything was shit.

Assuming you mean for spellwork and such? Carnations and lavender, probably.
