    Exactly. That way, we have an extra hour of daylight in the afternoon/early evening in the winter. Less heat, less electricity, less cost. In this part of the world (where few people use air conditioning), that makes a lot more sense, as heating and electricity costs get insane in the winter.

      Russia has now gone back to "winter time" - for all year round.
