    Greetings!

Hi, it's been a while since I've done an introduction so I'll see if I can remember how these things work :P

I guess the best way to describe my path is 'Heathen', though it's been years since I've done anything really spiritual so I feel a bit hesitant to use the label at the moment. Still, that's why I've decided to join the boards, to exchange some ideas and talk with people and hopefully get back into the swing of walking my path again

I particularly like the God Tyr, though please don't confuse that as me not being friendly to Lokeans. It's just Tyr is the God that I'm drawn to the most often. I like knowing what was done in the past, but I don't think the past should necessarily dictate what we do now.

I'm a strict vegetarian. I don't eat animals or their products, nor am I comfortable with the use of things like feathers, leather, silk or fur (but I'm also still don't see myself as a vegan because I would eat eggs if I was looking after chickens, it's a long story).

Well, that all seems suitably self-centred.... So, I'll end this here.

                    Re: Greetings!

Welcome aboard, we've got a few active Heathens (and/or Northern Trad followers depending on how specific one is, I'm lazy here) floating around. I don't recall any of our currently active members having strong ties with Tyr but in this instance I could easily be wrong.
life itself was a lightsaber in his hands; even in the face of treachery and death and hopes gone cold, he burned like a candle in the darkness. Like a star shining in the black eternity of space.

"But those men who know anything at all about the Light also know that there is a fierceness to its power, like the bare sword of the law, or the white burning of the sun." Suddenly his voice sounded to Will very strong, and very Welsh. "At the very heart, that is. Other things, like humanity, and mercy, and charity, that most good men hold more precious than all else, they do not come first for the Light. Oh, sometimes they are there; often, indeed. But in the very long run the concern of you people is with the absolute good, ahead of all else..."
