I don't know. A really big library somewhere, perhaps... there should be a giant library visible from space...

          Blue cheese, or, maybe, Stilton.
Every moment of a life is a horrible tragedy, a slapstick comedy, dark nihilism, golden illumination, or nothing at all; depending on how we write the story we tell ourselves.

The UN, or a likewise international organisation, should gather up an entire library of all the known literary works (complete and incomplete) in the world for the sake of preserving our modern written works, as well as what we know of the past, and open it to the public. We can call Neo-Alexandria...I think I would live in a place like that~ :3

As for something that exists currently...probably either the Mausoleum of the First Qin Emperor (Terracotta Army) or the Forbidden City.

Trust is knowing someone or something well enough to have a good idea of their motivations and character, for good or for ill. People often say trust when they mean faith.

Several dozen M:tG decks of varying quality.
life itself was a lightsaber in his hands; even in the face of treachery and death and hopes gone cold, he burned like a candle in the darkness. Like a star shining in the black eternity of space.

                    Yoda: Dark Rendezvous

"But those men who know anything at all about the Light also know that there is a fierceness to its power, like the bare sword of the law, or the white burning of the sun." Suddenly his voice sounded to Will very strong, and very Welsh. "At the very heart, that is. Other things, like humanity, and mercy, and charity, that most good men hold more precious than all else, they do not come first for the Light. Oh, sometimes they are there; often, indeed. But in the very long run the concern of you people is with the absolute good, ahead of all else..."

John Rowlands, The Grey King by Susan Cooper

"You come from the Lord Adam and the Lady Eve", said Aslan. "And that is both honour enough to erect the head of the poorest beggar, and shame enough to bow the shoulders of the greatest emperor on earth; be content."

Aslan, Prince Caspian by CS Lewis

As a kid I spent a lot of time building stuff for my dolls. I've built a two story dolls house from cardboard, complete with furniture.

I don't know if it was technically built, but I made some bowls by in a pottery class.

Those who have me on FB may have already seen this proud achievement of mine..

I hate to boast but actually, yeah.. I made somewhat of a masterpiece just a few weeks ago. Try not to be too jealous though.. we can't all be winners..

This is a 'kendama' game, albeit a very simplified version.. using a pine cone instead of a ball (the book was designed to be used during the Autumn-Winter term).

夕方に急なにわか雨は「夕立」と呼ばれるなら、なぜ朝ににわか雨は「朝立ち」と呼ばれないの? ^^If a sudden rain shower in the evening is referred to as an 'evening stand', then why isn't a shower in the morning called 'morning stand'?

A bookshelf...my mom uses it. I made it in jr high to be the right size to fit paperbacks on without wasting all that shelf space.

Lots of things -- old folks be like dat. ;P The last beautiful thing was leaf impressed pottery, I guess, but the last thing was a trellis. In the next month I plan to take trellising to a new level, arching between two raised beds so that I can walk under to harvest the hanging cukes and squash and whatever else. Building it all from scratch.

Processed coconut. I like fresh just fine, but that shredded, sweetened stuff that gets shoved into candies and onto cakes and sprinkle across pies, etc. -- bleh. But -- don't want to to hurt feelings if some one has made special for me.

Plenty, but the one that feels the worst is yelling at my kids. It has not happened often, but the few times I've lost it i'd rather forget.

Nothing comes to mind. My husband would say about 200 books, but I don't agree.
